The latter will then vote online for 10 days for or against the funding of the project by the Citizenfund. The last word therefore always goes to the cooperators-investors. The aim of Citizenfund is to help a project at the critical moment when it is mature in its conception and when funding is essential for its implementation. This assistance can take the form of an equity investment or a loan. For all successful fundraising, Citizenfund charges an application fee of 5% of the amount raised.
