March : an eventful month for Citizenfund !<\/b><\/u>
<\/h2>\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

March was a particularly dynamic month for Citizenfund, marked by several key events that were important moments for our organization, enabling us to present our approach and inspire as many people as possible.<\/p>\n

\ud83c\uddea\ud83c\uddf8 First of all, we were invited to present our model at the\u00a0<\/span>Interreg Europe CROWD-FUND-MATCH<\/span><\/a> with 8 European countries in Spain! But what really differentiates Citizenfund from a crowdfunding platform? Find out by clicking\u00a0<\/span>here.<\/span><\/a><\/p>\n

\ud83e\udea9 We are also delighted with our partnership with\u00a0<\/span>Greenmix<\/span><\/a> and our participation in their event. To stay informed and make sure you don’t miss out on any networking events, don’t hesitate to subscribe to\u00a0<\/span>their page<\/span><\/a> ! It’s always a pleasure to meet you or to see you again.\u00a0!<\/span><\/p>\n

\u267b\ufe0f We also took part in the\u00a0<\/span>Hope<\/span><\/a>\u00a0fair alongside the\u00a0<\/span>Citizenfund Charleroi.<\/span><\/a> The latter is about to roll out its strategy to raise its visibility and attract new cooperators, already benefiting from the support of personalities like Thomas Dermine !<\/span><\/p>\n

\ud83c\udf93 We were also invited to Ephec<\/strong> to present Citizenfund to students of sustainable finance. This meeting enabled us to plant seeds by raising awareness among a younger audience of the importance of their voice and the possibility of having their ideas heard.<\/span><\/p>\n

\ud83c\udf89 Finally, we had the opportunity to take part in a great evening at ICHEC<\/strong> dedicated to Citizenfund, where we presented how we work to a diverse audience of students, alumni, teachers and interested citizens. The panel was a real success, with incredible energy! Many thanks to J\u00e9r\u00e9my Van Mullem, Sarah Jonet <\/strong>and Matthieu Henkens<\/strong> for their participation, and to H\u00e9l\u00e8ne Cochaux<\/strong> for organizing the event in such an amazing way. Of course, we’d also like to thank all those who attended. It was a moving, inspiring and energetic evening\u00a0!<\/span><\/p>\n

This initiative will enable the ASBL to support its activities such as showers and laundry for the homeless, as well as social, medical and legal services. An important moment for the cooperative after 2 years of existence !<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0\ud83d\udcf0 April 5 marks the release of the next issue, the 160th, of <\/span>Imagine Magazine<\/span><\/a> ! This issue will be rich in content, with a survey of soils in Belgium, an article on Barbara Stiegler, a focus on the 30th anniversary of the Tutsi genocide, and an exploration of electric velorution. A perfect opportunity to enrich your knowledge !\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0\ud83e\udeb5 <\/span>Sonian Wood Coop<\/span><\/a> took part in the Collectible Fair! The company is increasingly specializing in the production of designer furniture. At this event, they exhibited “Accalmie”, a table created in collaboration with\u00a0BC Materials.<\/span><\/a>\u00a0It’s a new collaboration added to the Citizenfund ecosystem !<\/span><\/p>\n

\ud83e\udd5cBulkbar<\/span><\/a> attended the 2024 edition of the “Salon de l’Environnement de Travail et des Achats” (SETA) from March 26 to 28, an event showcasing the latest trends and innovations in sustainability and well-being at work. They were able to showcase their innovative concept of an eco-responsible dried fruit dispenser to a wide audience!<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0\ud83d\udecd\ufe0f The spring-summer collection is just around the corner at\u00a0<\/span>Coucou<\/span><\/a>, with new lower prices. Don’t hesitate to discover what their store has to offer!\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

\ud83d\udeb4\u200d\u2640\ufe0f Urbike<\/span><\/a> conducted a survey to take stock of the main challenges facing last-mile deliveries for companies in the city. They are still looking for answers. \ud83d\udc68\u200d\ud83c\udf3e Linked Farm <\/span><\/a>\u00a0has joined the “Logistics in Wallonia” ecosystem, where many of their Walloon partners are already in contact. Logistics is the key to success in short circuits. A promising collaboration!<\/span><\/p>\n

\u267b\ufe0f <\/span>Polyperception<\/span><\/a> and five other innovative sustainable projects have been awarded a grant from the City of Antwerp to develop their technology! Polyperception will use this grant to focus particularly on developing their artificial intelligence for bottle recognition and sorting.<\/span><\/p>\n

\ud83d\udeb2 <\/span>Hooba<\/span><\/a> took part in Tour & Taxi’s Bike Brussels! It was the perfect time to test different models of electric bikes to be integrated into organizations to improve mobility!\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

\u26fa Evazion<\/span><\/a> has been forced to end the Citizenfund adventure… However, the adventure continues with Hutoppia, a renowned French company in the field of nature camping, which will buy back our shares for half their value.
